医学院校教师德育认知现状的调查和分析

摘要: 目的 了解医学院校教师的德育认知情况,为提高教师育德意识和能力提供参考。方法 采取质性研究方法,以B中医药大学为例,2022年3至5月,对18位不同职称、教龄、课程类别的教师进行半结构化访谈,采用主题分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果 共提取出3大主题:教师整体育德意识强烈且德育认知水平较高;教师所处发展阶段、性别是教师德育认知水平的影响因素;社会、家庭、学校、学生个人等因素影响德育效果。结论 学校可通过宣传引导进一步强化教师德育意识,根据不同性别教师和所处不同发展阶段教师的需求开展个性化培训,并完善德育教育工作的体制机制,发挥社会、家庭、学校多方面的育人作用。

Abstract: Objective To understand the cognition of moral education among teachers in medical colleges and universities, and to provide reference for improving teachers′ moral awareness and ability. Methods Qualitative research method was adopted. Taking B University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, 18 teachers with different professional titles, years of teaching and course categories were interviewed in semi-structured manner from March to May 2022, and the interview data were analyzed by subject analysis method. Results Three themes were extracted: teachers′ strong awareness and high cognitive level of moral education; The development stage and gender of teachers are the factors affecting the perception level of moral education. Society, family, school, students affect the effect of moral education. Conclusions Medical colleges and universities can further strengthen teachers′ moral education awareness through propaganda and guidance, carry out personalized training based on the needs of teachers of different genders and at different stages of development, and improve the institutional mechanisms of moral education, leveraging the educational roles of society, families, and schools.
