新疆某高校医学本科生教育环境感知类型与胜任力成长的关系研究

摘要: 目的 调查分析新疆某高校医学本科生教育环境感知类型与胜任力成长的关系。方法 采用问卷调查方法。2021年2至6月,以新疆某高校2017~2020级共1 513名医学本科生为研究对象,采用DREEM量表和自编的医学本科生胜任力成长问卷。采用Spearman相关分析、方差分析、潜在剖面模型等方法对数据进行处理。结果 医学本科生在教育环境感知和胜任力成长的总分分别为(99.90±14.58)分和(40.71±7.57)分;医学本科生教育环境感知类型为消极型的占比30.2%(457/1 513),均衡型占比60.1%(909/1 513),积极型占比9.7%(147/1 513);医学本科生教育环境感知越高,胜任力成长越好。结论 良好的教育环境感知对胜任力成长有促进作用,强调优化教育环境的同时应注重医学生胜任力培养,为健康中国建设提供强有力的人才支撑。

Abstract: Objective To investigate and analyze the educational environment perception types by medical undergraduates in a university of Xinjiang and its relationship to competency development. Methods The investigation was carried out by questionnaire survey. From February to June 2021, a total of 1 513 medical undergraduates enrolled from 2017 to 2020 were investigated. The DREEM scale and a self-made questionnaire for evaluation of medical undergraduate competency development were adopted. Spearman correlation analysis, variance analysis, potential profile model and other methods were used for processing the data of investigation. Results The total scores of educational environment perception and competency development by medical undergraduates are (99.90±14.58) and (40.71±7.57) respectively. The educational environment perception by medical undergraduates showed negative, balanced and positive results accounting for 30.2% (457/1 513), 60.1% (909/1 513) and 9.7%(147/1 513), respectively. The higher the educational environment perception of medical undergraduates is, the better competency developed. Conclusions Good educational environment perception can promote the competency development. It is necessary to optimize the educational environment and pay more attention to the competency development of medical students, so as to cultivate talent healthcare providers for the construction of healthy China.
