叙事医学的本土化实践路径探析

摘要: 本文对西方叙事医学的早期研究文献进行追溯与分析,勾画出相对完整的历时线索,旨在了解西方当代叙事医学发展的脉络,认识以丽塔·卡伦为代表的叙事医学兴起的理论与实践基础。本研究通过补充医学人类学叙事相关的研究实践分析,强调多学科交叉及批判视角的重要性;通过阐述国内外叙事医学教育现状,概括国内路径的特征,促进叙事医学教育本土化进程。

Abstract: This paper traces back the formative research of narrative medicine and draws a relatively complete diachronic clue. The theoretical and practical basis of narrative medicine is discussed in order to understand the origin of the term coined by Rita Charon. Meanwhile, this paper emphasizes the importance of multidisciplinary and critical perspectives by related research on medical anthropology. On the basis of expounding the present situation of narrative medicine education in China and in other countries, this paper summarizes the characteristics of specific approaches in China for promoting the local practice of narrative medicine education.
