Abstract

Developmental evaluation system of teachers' teaching ability is the key to improve teaching quality. On the basis of teacher training system and credit' system, Tianjin Medical University has constructed the developmental evaluation system, which provided targeted training and reasonable evaluation and feedback for teachers, and improved teachers' teaching ability. Teachers' satisfaction with targeted training reached 96.2% (432/449), and 97.1% (436/449) of the teachers thought that teaching ability had been significantly improved.
