Construction and study of teaching quality assurance and monitoring system of provincial colleges and universities under the perspective of academic auditing

Abstract: Academic auditing is an important part of China's five in one undergraduate teaching evaluation system. It provides a new perspective of completing quality assurance and monitoring system and a new philosophy to improve quality guarantee ability. Establish and improve teaching quality assurance system, construct scientific and effective quality assurance and control mechanism, compromise teaching, administration and quality control to an organic whole are significant guarantees to improve personnel training quality of colleges and universities. Based on effective quality concepts, standards and monitoring measures that persist in years, taking academic auditing of undergraduate teaching as an opportunity, Binzhou Medical University is using organizational guarantee as a junction to unite assurance and monitoring two relatively independent parts as one the “six in one” (aim, standard, condition, policy, learning, group), which has played an important role in the evaluation and construction process and achieved positive feedback.
