Study on evaluation index and methods on practice effectiveness of five-year preventive medicine undergraduate students

Abstract: To improve teaching quality and achieve standardized management of practice teaching,20 experts from related fields involved in two rounds of Delphy consultation through post letter or email from April to June in 2017 to insure evaluation index and methods of practice effective of preventive medicine undergraduate students, index weight would be ensured using coefficient of variation. Evaluation index included 40 indictors and covered 7 domains, such as medicine theories and methods, preventive medicine theories and methods, professional theories and skills, theories and methods on health management and social mobilization, scientific research abilities, comprehensive quality and work attendance. There were 6 evaluation methods of practice effectiveness including written examination(W), W+operation(P), W+daily performance(D), oral examination+daily performance, oral examination and operation. The evaluation index and methods on practice effectiveness of preventive medicine undergraduate students have better practical application value.
