Questionnaire survey and analysis of growth needs in military medical undergraduates during tutorial system

Abstract: This study investigated the implementation effect, satisfaction to tutor and growth needs of the tutorial system in 496 medical senior before internship from Third Military Medical University using self-developing questionnaire.Results show that the recognitions to implementation effect to tutorial system were relatively low and there were significant gaps between the reality and expectation in the roles, instructional contents and times of the tutors, although most students expressed satisfied with their tutors. It follows that the tutorial system for military medical undergraduates requires more sophistication and judgment.
