Practice-oriented teaching approach to health law under the new health care reform

Abstract: Based on the current new health care reform which aims to guarantee our people full life-cycle health, this study generalizes legal qualifications required for medical workers in practice, explores and comes up with practice-oriented teaching approach to health law, which mainly falls into following three aspects: firstly, the medical staff should be cultivated to respect patients’ rights, involving their rights of life and health, rights of informed consent and rights of privacy; secondly, specialized teaching contents and units should be designed for different professional requirements; thirdly, medical workers should be cultivated to deal with their specific risks in practice.
