Comparison between process assessment and outcome assessment in clinical medical education

Abstract: Clinical medical education assessment can be divided into process assessment and outcome assessment. By comparing the similarities and differences between the two assessment methods, the applicable scope advantages and shortcomings of two methods in clinical medical education were expounded, and their dialectical relationship was explored. At different stages of clinical medical education, process assessment and outcome assessment have different advantages. By discussing the application weight of two methods in different stages, the development of clinical medical education was promoted step by step.
