Research on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine

Abstract

Abstract: The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine has a positive effect and far-reaching significance to promot the reformation of comprehensive education and the development of Chinese medicine. The article introduces the current state of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine and presents challenges in the innovation and entrepreneurship education reformation, including concept misunderstanding, low quality of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching resources, insufficient faculty resources, contradiction between supply and demand in innovation and entrepreneurship education reformation. To tackle these challenges, it is proposed that the innovation and entrepreneurship education should be implemented jointly on both supply side and the demand side to optimize the education concept, curriculum resources, faculty and achievement transformation platform for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and pay attention to the value identification and professional knowledge of students. It is recommended to strengthen education and guidance of innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial support aiming at better cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine.
