Narrative description on college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training by joining research and development team of new multifunctional glauber' salt bag for external application

Abstract: College students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program is helpful to improve their innovation capacity. In this narrative report, a new multifunctional glauber' salt bag for external application was selected as the research objects. Based on the narrative research method, the interview materials and reflection diaries of the instructors and team members were analyzed in order to restoring the process of team building, patent application and innovation transformation followed by analyzing and discussing the merits of team success. This training may be used as a reference for other universities and may provide theoretical basis for cultivating high-quality and innovative talents.
