Design of clinic-based education in the training of medical law talents

Abstract: At the practical teaching level, the training of medical law talents has some shortcomings, such as the simulated court teaching method cannot effectively train the students' ability to rapidly adapt to the situation, and the case teaching method restricts the students' divergent thinking. As a new practical teaching mode, clinic-based education can play a beneficially supplementary role in the practical teaching system of medical law. The article tries to introduce the clinic-based education into the practical teaching system of medical law talents training from the aspects of the curriculum construction, teacher allocation, teaching organization, operating funds, operating scope, etc., and improves the design according to the professional characteristics of medical law.
