Abstract: Clinical diagnostics is one of the core clinical professional courses which links basic medical courses and clinical courses. In order to improve the teaching effect and reform the problems in the current system, this study focused on the educational concept of “student-centeredness”, deeply integrated modern information technology with education, and constructed a blended teaching mode of “one body, two wings, three feet and four dimensions”. In this study, the clinical five-year students were selected as the experimental participants, and the new teaching mode was shown to effectively improve the teaching effect, promote the students to achieve the three-dimensional teaching goal of knowledge, skills and attitudes, with a favorable feedback on teaching. This blended teaching mode can be considered for further promotion.
