Abstract: Objective To explore new measures to improve the communication between the counselor and medical students,analyzing the problems and impact factors of them.Methods Select the five-year and eight-year medical interns as the research object. Through questionnaire and interviewing,this paper explores the problems of communication between students and counselors,and the data from the investigation are analyzed.Results 43.9%(79/180) of the students will not communicate with the counselor initiatively.52.8%(95/180) of the students complain that the counselor does not communicate with their own initiatively. Communication awareness,time,methods,the degree of trust of the students,the professional quality of counselors are the main factors influencing the communication between them.Conclusions The establishment of good communication will,improving communication skills,and enhancing the qualities of the counselors are the main measures to improve the status of communication.
