摘要

目的 分析我国口腔执业助理医师胜任力自评问卷的信效度。方法 2019年8月至2020年3月,采用分层抽样方法,调查了全国14个省(直辖市)的1 260名口腔执业助理医师,采用内部一致性检验、内容效度指数和因子分析检验分析问卷的信度和效度。结果 口腔执业助理医师胜任力自评问卷的内容效度指数为0.86,克朗巴赫系数为0.964。经过探索性因子分析抽取7个公因子,累计方差贡献率达71.49％,各公因子的主要因素与设计的条目基本一致。结论 口腔执业助理医师胜任力自评问卷具有良好的信度、内容效度和结构效度,有助于我国口腔执业助理医师胜任力的自我评价。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the reliability and validity of self-assessment questionnaire for assistant dentist in China. Methods From August 2019 to March 2020, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by proportional stratified sampling of 1 260 assistant dentist from 14 provinces and municipalities in China, and internal consistency test, content validity index and factor analysis were used. Results The content validity index of the self-assessment questionnaire of the self-assessment questionnaire is 0.86 and the overall Cronbach coefficient was 0.964. By exploratory factor analysis, 7 common factors were extracted, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 71.49%. The main factors of each common factor were basically the same as the designed items. Conclusions The questionnaire has a good reliability, content validity and construct validity, which is helpful for the self-evaluation of the competency of assistant dentist in China.
