摘要

我国毕业后医学教育体系在不断改进,但与国际标准相比仍然存在差距。国际认证被认为是促进医学教育质量同质化的有效手段。本文介绍了由美国毕业后医学教育认证委员会国际部(Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education-International,ACGME-I)推行的认证体系的基本情况、认证组织、认证流程和认证标准。结合ACGME-I认证的重要价值,针对我国毕业后医学教育体系尚存在的问题,提出以认证推进胜任力导向毕业后医学教育体系的完善和认证体系构建,并探讨了认证过程中可能面临的挑战。

Abstract

Graduate medical education system in China is constantly improving. However, there is still a gap to the international standards. International accreditation is regarded as an effective approach to promote homogeneous outcome of medical education. This paper is to introduce the basic information,organization, procedures and standards of Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education-International (ACGME-I) accreditation in the United States. Combined with the importantance of ACGME-I accreditation,it may facilitate the improvment of competence-oriented graduate medical education and construction of an accreditation system based on the existing problems of post-graduate medical education in China. Finally, the challenges in the certification process are summarized.
