我国护理学硕士专业学位核心能力考核相关研究较多,但对于核心能力考核指标的具体界定尚不明确和统一。本文从学位培养和职业要求2个方面总结并分析了国外护理学硕士专业学位的核心能力考核指标体系,以期为我国构建相对较为明确、统一的护理学硕士专业学位核心能力考核指标体系提供参考。
There have been many relevant studies on the core competence evaluation index system of master of nursing specialist in China. However, there is no explicit and unified definition or evaluation indes for the core competence assessment index. This article summarizes and evaluates the core competence assessment index system of master of nursing specialist abroad in regards to degree cultivation and qualification requirements, and thus to provide reference for construction of an explicit and unified core competence evaluation index system of master of nursing specialist for China.
