摘要

目的 采用文献计量学方法,分析基于客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)研究的SCI文献,为后续研究奠定基础。方法 通过在Web of Science数据库检索基于OSCE研究的SCI文献,采用文献计量学方法分析其发表的年份分布、研究类型、国家/地区分布、期刊分布、被引情况、研究者合著网络以及研究内容,探讨OSCE的研究现状和未来趋势。结果 近年来,基于OSCE的研究逐年上升,相应的文献类型多为论著;发达国家或地区的基于OSCE研究的SCI文献发表数量最多,研究最为深入;基于OSCE研究的SCI文献多发表在高水平医学教育专业期刊,其被引频次相对较高。同时,目前OSCE领域相关研究人员之间的合作相对较少;基于OSCE的研究多聚焦于医学教育中的应用,较多应用于临床医学专业实践教学中。结论 发达国家或地区发表的基于OSCE研究的SCI文献逐年增加,多聚焦于临床医学专业学生的临床技能考核,研究人员之间的合作相对较少。

Abstract

Objective To conduct bibliometric analysis of SCI literature based on Objective structured clinical examination (OSCE), and lay the foundation for subsequent research. Methods SCI literature based on OSCE were obtained from Web of Science, and the publication year distribution, literature type, country/region distribution, journal distribution, citation, co-authorship of OSCE and research contents were analyzed. Results The amount of studies based on OSCE is increasing year by year, and the most common type of these literatures is article. Most of these literatures were conducted by authors from developed countries or regions. Most of the literatures were published in journals of medical education. However, a lack of cooperation or networking existed among these researchers in OSCE. OSCE was mostly applied in students majored in clinical medicine. Conclusions SCI literature based on OSCE in developed countries or regions has increased yearly, these literatures focused more on assessment of clinical skills of undergraduates of clinical medicine, and there was relatively less cooperation among researchers.
