摘要

本文按照世界卫生组织提出的量表翻译和调适方法,经前译、专家小组讨论、回译、预测试等步骤,对英文版团队合作态度问卷(TeamSTEPPS Teamwork Attitudes Questionnaire, T-TAQ)、团队合作认知问卷(TeamSTEPPS Teamwork Perceptions Questionnaire, T-TPQ)进行跨文化调适,翻译和修订成中文版量表。跨文化调试形成的中文版T-TAQ、T-TPQ量表与源量表在概念、语义等方面与源量表等同,符合我国的文化特点与语言习惯,适用于对我国医务人员团队合作的评价。

Abstract

The World Health Organization guideline about translation and adaptation of instruments was followed, including forward translation, expert panel, back-translation, pre-testing and cognitive interviewing, to implement a cross-culturally adapt TeamSTEPPS Teamwork Attitudes Questionnaire (T-TAQ) and TeamSTEPPS Teamwork Perceptions Questionnaire (T-TPQ) into Chinese version. After cross cultural adaptation, the Chinese version of T-TAQ and T-TPQ were similar to the original English version in terms of conceptual and semantic equivalence, and adapted to Chinese culture and language custom, which could be applicable to the teamwork assessment of medical personnel in China.
