目的 了解新疆某高校护理学专业学生专业认同现状及其与时间管理倾向、成就动机的关系,为稳定护理队伍,促进护理学科的发展提供借鉴。 方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,对4个年级的679名护理学专业学生进行专业认同、时间管理倾向、成就动机问卷调查。 结果 不同性别、年级、族别的护理学专业学生在专业认同及其各维度得分方面具有差异;专业认同的4个维度及总分与时间管理倾向的3个维度及总分之间呈正相关性;专业认同的影响因素是时间管理的价值感、时间管理的效能感、追求成功的动机、避免失败的动机和时间管理的监控感,时间管理倾向、成就动机均正向影响学生的专业认同。 结论 护理学专业学生的专业认同与时间管理倾向、成就动机密切相关。
Objective To understand the status of professional identity of nursing undergraduate students in a university in Xinjiang and its relationship with time management disposition and achievement motivation, and to provide reference for the stability of nursing team and the development of nursing science.Methods Through a stratified cluster sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the professional identity, time management disposition and achievement motivation of 679 undergraduate nursing students from 4 grades.Results There were differences in professional identity and scores in different dimensions of undergraduate nursing students of different sex, grade and ethnicity, which were statistically significant.There were positive correlations between the four dimensions and total scores of undergraduate nursing students' professional recognition the three dimensions and total scores of time management disposition. The influencing factors of professional identity were the value of the time management, self-efficacy of time management, motivation of pursuing success, motivation of avoiding failure, monitoring sense of time management, and the time management disposition and achievement motivation positively affected the professional identity.Conclusions The professional identity of undergraduate nursing students was closely related to time management tendency and achievement motivation.
