培育医学教育质量文化是实现高等教育内涵式发展的关键。本文根据作者多年参加教育部临床医学专业认证工作的实际经验与相关调查,依据有关资料,解析我国某些医学院校因教育质量文化欠缺而存在的教学漏洞,探讨如何激发医学院校质量提升的内在动力,并从精神层面、制度层面、物质层面和行为层面提出培育医学教育质量文化的对策。
It is the key to cultivate quality culture of medical education for realizing the connotative development of higher education. According to the author's long term experience in clinical medicine accreditation organized by The Ministry of Education of China and data collected from other information resources, the paper summarized current profile of education quality culture in medical colleges and universities focusing on the weaknesses in teaching and education and then, discusses how to arouse the motive power in medical colleges to improve education and put forward suggestions in the view point of spirit, system, resources and education performance, so as to strengthen the quality as a component of medical education culture.
