近年来,临床医学硕士专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训“双轨合一”的培养模式在我国逐渐开展,许多医学院校对此进行了积极的探索。本文介绍了南京医科大学为解决临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养中存在的问题,在教学医院进行的兼职班主任制度,并总结了兼职班主任在加强对学生思想品德教育,以及提高学生的临床技能、科研能力和人文素养等方面所发挥的作用。
Recently, the training model of combination postgraduate education of clinical medicine professional degree with the standardized training of residents has been popularized in our country. Different institutions have actively explored the cultivation experience. In this paper, it was introduced the exploration of the system of part-time head teacher in the teaching hospital in order to solve the problems existing in the cultivation of the graduate students with master's degree in clinical medicine in Nanjing Medical University. Besides, it was summarized the head's role in enhancing ideological and political education for students and improving students' clinical skills, scientific capacity and humanistic literacy, etc.
