摘要

目的 研制高等学校护理专业教师信息素养的评价工具。方法 通过查阅教师教育信息技术能力指南与标准、相关文献和政策,拟定评价工具初稿,采用德尔菲法确定评价工具指标,采用层次分析法计算指标权重。结果 3轮函询有效问卷回收率均为100.0%,专家权威系数为0.88,确立了4个一级指标、13个二级指标和45个三级指标的高等学校护理专业教师信息素养评价工具。结论 本评价工具具有科学性、适宜可行,指标简洁明确,为高等学校护理专业教师信息素养评价提供了依据。

Abstract

Objective To develop an evaluation tool for information literacy of nursing teachers in colleges and universities. Methods The first draft of evaluation tools is drawn up based on literature analysis, relevant policy documents,guidance and framework of teachers' educational information technology capability.Use Delphi method to determine the index content of evaluation tools, and use analytic hierarchy process to calculate index weight. Results The effective recovery rate of the three rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires was 100.0%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.88.Finally, 4 primary indicators, 13 secondary indicators and 45 tertiary indicators were established to evaluate the information literacy of nursing teachers in colleges and universities. Conclusions A scientific, suitable and feasible evaluation tool with concise and clear index content was developed,which can provide reference for the effective evaluation of information literacy of nursing teachers in colleges and universities.
