目的 探讨临床医学专业学生在外科学见习中的学习倦怠及相关因素。方法 选取在重庆医科大学附属第一医院普外科见习的323名医学生为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表和大学生学习倦怠量表对他们进行问卷调查并分析调查结果。结果 学生的学习倦怠评分为（15.52±0.29）分,属于中等水平;学制、学习成绩、高考志愿和学校好感与学习倦怠各维度均有密切关系。结论 在外科学见习中,影响学生学习倦怠的因素较多,需要结合临床见习教学的特点,充分考虑到不同学生的特点,采取有效措施缓解他们的学习倦怠。
Objective To investigate the learning burnout and related influencing factors of clinical medical students in clinical noviciate of surgery. Methods A total of 323 medical students in clinical noviciate of general surgery of the first affiliated hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected as the research subjects. A questionnaire survey was conducted using general situation questionnaire and college students’ learning burnout inventory. Results The total score of learning burnout inventory of medical students was (15.52±0.29), which was at a medium level. The academic system, academic achievements, favorite school in the college entrance examination, and the school affection have a close relationship with the learning burnout dimensions. Conclusions During clinical noviciate of general surgery, many factors could influence learning burnout of clinical medical students. It needs to take effective measures to reduce their study burnout according to the teaching features of clinical noviciate in general surgery and different demographic characteristics of the students.
