目的 构建临床医德医风评价体系。方法 采用文献综述法初步拟定评价指标,通过专题小组讨论法和专家咨询法对各项指标的相对重要性进行评分,根据指标评分的均值筛选指标;通过计算Kendall和谐系数W,表明专家总体上对指标评价较为一致,专家评价结果可以用于进一步筛选和构建临床医德医风评价体系。采用专家咨询法,确定临床医德医风评价指标权重和评价标准。结果 临床医德医风评价体系由5个一级指标、14个二级指标和25个三级指标构成。结论 本研究所建立的临床医德医风评价体系结构基本合理、针对性较强,可以在一定范围的医院内试用并收集意见,以利于本研究的继续进行和不断完善。
Objective To establish the evaluation index system of clinical medical ethics. Methods Literature review, the method of fitting at the beginning of the evaluation index, method and expert consultation method through group discussion on the relative importance of each index, and based on the mean score of screening indicators. Based on W Kendall harmony coefficient calculation, it shows that respondents in general assessment model is more consistent, the evaluation results can be used for further screening and construct the evaluation index system of medical ethics. Through expert consultation method to determine the clinical evaluation index system of medical ethics, and to determine the weight of each index and evaluation standards. Results The clinical evaluation system of medical ethics by five indicators, 14 of secondary indicators and 25 of tertiary indicators. Conclusions The structure of established evaluation index system of clinical medical ethics is basically reasonable and more pertinence. It can be further trialed and collecting the data in a certain range of hospital for making the research to facilitate the continuation and improvement of this research.
