Current situation of research capacity and knowledge of scientific research integrity in medical graduates at Peking University Third Hospital

摘要: 目的 调查医学研究生的科研能力和科研诚信知识现状,为指导科研教育培训工作提供依据。 方法 2019年7月至8月,采用医务工作者科研能力量表和研究生科研诚信知识调查问卷,对北京大学第三医院151名医学研究生进行相关调查。 结果 以百分制标准化分计算,研究生的医务工作者科研能力量表总分为[88(72,95)]分,科研诚信知识调查问卷总分为[84(77,88)]分;统计学知识和科研不端行为维度评分相对较低,分别为[67(50,100)]分和[81(77,88)]分。 结论 医学研究生科研能力和科研诚信知识水平较高。 建议加强统计学知识培训,注重科研实践,提高医学研究生对科研不端行为的认识,并发挥导师、培训和社会环境的积极作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation of research capacity and the related integrity knowledge in medical graduates. Methods From July to August 2019, 151 medical graduates from Peking University Third Hospital were investigated by using the research ability scale and the research integrity knowledge questionnaire. Results According to the standardized score of the hundred mark system, the total score of research capacity scale was [88(72,95)] and research integrity knowledge questionnaire was [84(77,88)].The scores of “statistical knowledge” and “research misconduct” were low[67(50,100), 81(77,88)]. Conclusions The research capacity and the realted integrity knowledge in medical graduates were fairly good. It is necessary to strengthen the training of “statistical knowledge” and the role of “practice”; improve the understanding of “Research misconduct” and create a good environment of research with cooperation of tutors, academic training and social support.
