腹腔镜外科技术训练方法的探讨

Discussion for the training method of laparoscopic surgical technique

摘要: 腹腔镜手术已经成为消化道外科中较为成熟的手术方式之一。腹腔镜手术需要操作者具备良好的空间定位技能、手眼协调技能和手术操作技能。传统开腹手术的训练方法已经不能满足腹腔镜手术的培训要求。本文提出了模拟训练、动物实验、临床实践相结合的阶梯式腹腔镜外科技术训练方法,又将模拟训练细分为初级模拟训练、中级模拟训练和高级模拟训练3个阶段。该训练方法一定程度上提高了学员的临床基本操作能力,缩短了培养周期。希望为其他单位开展腹腔镜外科技术训练提供参考。

Abstract: Laparoscopic surgery has become one of mature surgical procedures in gastrointestinal surgery. Laparoscopic surgery requires good spatial positioning skills, hand-eye coordination skills and operation skills. Traditional laparotomy training methods can no longer satisfy the training requirements of laparoscopic surgery. This paper presented a training method of stepped laparoscopic surgical technique combined with simulated training, animal experiment and clinical practice. The simulation training was divided into 3 stages: primary simulation training, intermediate simulation training and advanced simulation training. The conclusion is that, the training method improved the essential operation skills of the trainees and shorten the training cycle, thus to provide some evidencebased support to implement laparoscopic surgery technical training in other institutions.
