我国急诊科住院医师规范化培训教学动态和研究热点的文献计量学分析

摘要： 目的分析我国急诊科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)领域的教学动态、研究热点和发展趋势,为该领域的后续研究提供参考。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库中2004至2024年发表的急诊科住培领域研究文献,使用NoteExpress、VOSviewer和CiteSpace等多种文献计量和可视化分析工具进行数据分析。结果共纳入符合检索条件的文献387篇,年发文量总体呈波动上升趋势。发文量排名靠前的作者有王长远、刘继海、王煜、郭峰、于学忠等,可以形成分别以王长远、刘继海、王煜、李强、唐子人等为中心的合作聚类。发文量排名前5位的机构有首都医科大学宣武医院、中国医学科学院北京协和医院、中国医科大学附属盛京医院、首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院和北京大学第三医院,发文期刊有《中国继续医学教育》《中国毕业后医学教育》《中国高等医学教育》《中国卫生产业》《中华急诊医学杂志》。出现频次排名靠前的关键词有岗位胜任力(20次)、临床思维(11次)、医患沟通(11次)、临床教学(10次)、医学教育(9次)和迷你临床演练评估(9次)等。2021年之后突现强度较高的关键词以临床教学(2.03)、医学教育(1.76)、胜任力(1.16)、原位模拟(1.11)和教学改革(0.78)等为代表。结论我国急诊住培领域研究以岗位胜任力、临床思维、医患沟通、迷你临床演练评估和情景模拟教学等为核心研究热点。未来发展将更多聚焦于智能技术深度融合、教学模式整合创新、区域协作与教育资源均衡化以及人文教育与长期职业发展等方面。

Abstract: Objective To systematically analyze the teaching dynamics, research hotspots, and development trends in the field of standardized residency training in emergency departments in China using bibliometric and visualization techniques, so as to inform and guide future research in this field. Methods Literature on emergency residency training published from 2004 to 2024 was retrieved from the CNKI, Wanfang Data, and VIP databases. Data analysis was conducted using bibliometric and visualization tools such as NoteExpress, VOSviewer, and CiteSpace. Results A total of 387 valid articles were included, with an overall fluctuating upward trend in annual publications. The top authors in terms of publication volume included Wang Changyuan, Liu Jihai, Wang Yu, Guo Feng, and Yu Xuezhong, forming collaborative clusters centered around Wang Changyuan, Liu Jihai, Wang Yu, Li Qiang, and Tang Ziren, respectively. The top 5 institutions in terms of publication volume were Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University, Peking Union Medical College Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital of Capital Medical University, and Peking University Third Hospital. The top 5 journals in terms of publication volume were China Continuing Medical Education, Chinese Journal of Graduate Medical Education, China Higher Medical Education, China Health Industry, and Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine. The keywords with high frequency included job competency (20 times), clinical thinking (11 times), doctor-patient communication (11 times), clinical teaching (10 times), medical education (9 times), and mini-clinical evaluation exercise (9 times). The keywords with high emergence intensity after 2021 were represented by clinical teaching (2.03), medical education (1.76), competency (1.16), in-situ simulation (1.11), and teaching reform (0.78). Conclusions Research in the field of emergency residency training in China has centered on core topics such as job competency, clinical thinking, doctor-patient communication, Mini-CEX, and scenario simulation teaching. Future developments will focus more on aspects such as the deep integration of intelligent technology, innovative integration of teaching models, regional cooperation and the balanced allocation of educational resources, as well as humanistic education and long-term career development.
