Based on the challenges and barriers in medical students'volunteer service, the project explores the goal of voluntary service and implementation strategy covering recruitment, training, management, evaluation and incentive mechanism, and evaluated the outcomes of application. Finally a complete operating mechanism was developed to ensure the performance a sustainable development of volunteer service and also provide opportunity for medical students to understand the clinical work, promote their training in medical knowledge and ethics.
