“Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety”(TeamSTEPPS) is a team-work course which can integrate team cooperation skills with clinical practice, improve team performance in medical service, and improve medical quality and patient safety. In order to study the application effect of the course in anesthesia teaching, from December 2018, Peking Union Medical College Hospital used SimMan Team steps course was supported by 3G simulators. The simulated case training was carried out by interdisciplinary teams including anesthesiologists, surgeons and surgical nurses. The cognition and attitude of team cooperation of the trainees before and after the training were compared, and the effect of the course was evaluated.
