The development of laparoscopic technology needs the corresponding training courses to guide the clinical performance. The laparoscopic skills evaluation system plays an important role in the establishment and improvement of the training system as well as the assessment and entrance accreditation of laparoscopic skills. In this study, three widely used evaluation systems of laparoscopic skills were reviewed, and the characteristics of different systems were illuminated. At the same time, according to the application of laparoscopic skill evaluation system in Peking University Third Hospital, the effect of different evaluation systems for different training and assessment objects was discussed.
