Abstract

Objective To explore the practice and effective of “Internet Plus” teaching and learning platform in resident standardized training.Methods The conceptions, measures and achievements of the “Internet Plus” teaching and learning platform in resident standardized training have been analyzed by multiple learning platform modes.Results The practice of “Internet Plus” platform in resident standardized training is effective in both teaching and learning aspects.Conclusions Internet technology makes revolutionary changes of knowledge dissemination methods. During the standardized training of residents, it is challenge of how to make use of the advantages of internet technologies to change the traditional teaching modes, adaptation the fragmented learning demands, promoting residents learning effects.
