Objective To explore the application effect of safety training observation program (STOP) on the behavior safety management of nursing students.Methods The establishment of safety observation group, for clinical nursing teachers and their teaching and nursing students, the use of safety training observation program, the implementation of field safety observation and behavior training, and evaluation results.Results After the application of safety training program, the incidence rate of sharp injury was significantly reduced, which was related to the adverse events of nursing students, and the nursing students of 92.40% had a positive attitude towards safety training.Conclusions The application of safety training observation program can effectively improve the safety ability of nursing students in clinical practice, and promote the management of clinical teaching safety.
