Abstract

Objective To explore the evaluation index system of medical postgraduate tutor in double first-class universities.Methods The study preparation was based on preliminary survey, literature research and policies analysis. The study data was collected by two rounds of expert consultation and analyzed by using descriptive analysis, non-parametric test, and weight factor judgment table.Results The overall authority coefficient was 0.84.The Kendall's W coordination coefficient was 0.122, P=0.001, for indicating a high degree of expert concentration and coordination.Conclusions The Evaluation Index System of Medical Postgraduate Tutor in Double First-class Universities has been established, which consists of 3 first-level indexes, 9 second-level indexes and 31 third-level indexes. The study provides a reasonable and effective evaluation system for the process of training postgraduate students by medical tutors.
