Objectives To construct the teachers' compentency standards in resident's standardized training,and provide references for teachers' training and certification in resident's standardized training.Methods On the basis of consulting literature and expert interviews, the standard of standard teachers' ability for standardized training was established. The expert consultation of 2 rounds was conducted with Delphi method, and the weight of each index was calculated.Results The competency standard for the standardized training teachers of three subjects including 4 first class indexes, 15 two class indexes and 31 three class indexes was determined.Conclusions The competency standard of the standardized training instructor for the resident has high scientific and reliability, but its operability, reliability and validity have yet to be tested.
