In the “Internet +” era, accelerating the construction of MOOC is of great significance for deepening the deep integration of MOOC and traditional medical teaching methods and innovating and reforming the teaching model of medical education. At present, there is no normative construction standard for the teaching design system of medical MOOC. This is a key issue that need to be solved in the construction of MOOC are integrated. Therefore, this paper comprehensively uses research methods such as literature analysis, MOOC production practice summary, and expert argumentation to build a medical MOOC teaching design system framework of “study analysis, content design, teaching process design, teaching evaluation design”, and put forward the MOOC teaching design should pay attention to learning in the process of analysis, realize the split reorganization of teaching content, teaching process design of suitability and reflect the design principle of the diversification of teaching evaluation, with a view to providing a reference for the standardized construction of medical MOOC teaching design, and to promote high-quality medical MOOC construction assistance.
