Under the background of digital China and ″Internet+″, the question bank of clinical competence for the final assessment of standardized residency training of great theoretical and practical significance, as it facilitates the management of expert input and test paper more scientific and efficient by means of digitization. On the basis of previous research, this paper, starting from the current situation, policy and practical needs of the final assessment of standardized residency training, introduced in detail the design and construction of the clinical competence question bank, comprehensively described the application and effect evaluation of the clinical competence question bank after its completion, and discussed the quality of the test questions, the security and confidentiality, and the application scenario, and explored the options and suggestions for optimizing and improving the question bank for the clinical competence. Optimization and improvement proposals were discussed in terms of test question quality, security and confidentiality, and application scenarios.
