Abstract

The concept of entrustable professional activities (EPAs) has been widely adopted internationally and is considered as a better assessment method for competency-based education. At present, there is no competency-based EPAs evaluation system for psychiatric residents in China. This article analyzes the research progress of psychiatric EPAs in the past decade internationally, and sort out the construction methods, relevant EPAs items and implementation involved, so as to inform the construction of the evaluation index system of EPAs for psychiatric residents in China.
