2018年,国家卫生健康委员会开展疾病预防控制机构的公共卫生医师规范化培训(简称公卫医师规培)试点工作。湖北省作为10个试点省份之一,于同年启动并探索实施此项工作。本文介绍了临床培训阶段培训基地在培训的计划制定、组织实施、质量控制等方面进行的探索,并提出未来需要解决的问题。

In 2018, The National Health Commission initiated a pilot standardized training program for public health physicians in disease prevention and control. Hubei province, as one of the 10 pilot provinces, started a project of standardized training of public health physicians in 2018. This paper introduces the development of the training plan, program organization and implementation, quality control and other aspects in the clinical training stage of public health physicians and then identify the challenges as well as barriers for modification and optimization in future.
