摘要

免费开放获取医学教育(free open access medical eudcation,FOAMed)是利用新型互联网技术以各种形式开展的免费、开放的医学教育活动。本文介绍了FOAMed工具在肾脏专科医师培训中的作用,具体介绍了可视化摘要、在线交互式学习平台、在线期刊阅读俱乐部、在线医学教育游戏等工具在肾脏专科医学教育的实施情况,探讨了如何应用这些工具提高肾脏专科医师的培训质量,并就如何将FOAMed融入我国肾脏专科医师培训提出了建议。

Abstract

Free open access medical education (FOAMed) is a kind of free and open medical education activity which uses new internet technology in various forms. In the nephrology area, this has resulted in the organic and continued growth of individuals interested in using these platforms for professional development and education. Here, we review several social media educational resources utilized in nephrology education.We also review how these methods are employed together in the form of games (NephMadness), online journal clubs (NephJC), interactive learning (GlomCon), visual abstracts, videos and Interactive Live Video Learning. This paper described and evaluated nephrology FOAMed tools useful for online education in nephrology and their potential impact on the community.
