校友作为一种特殊且重要的社会资源,对高校的发展发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着校友规模的不断增大,加强校友会建设具有十分重要的现实意义。本研究结合我国部分大学校友会建设的经验,分析校友在母校发展建设中发挥的积极作用以及当前工作中存在的主要问题,探索高校如何做好做实校友会的管理和运营工作。提出通过增加校友会人力资金支持力度,拓展促进母校与校友持续互动的渠道,加强校友工作信息化建设,提升校友会服务品质,建立健全内部控制和外部监督等建议,希望促进校友之间以及校友与母校之间的联系,为高校发展做出贡献。

As a special and important social resource, alumni plays an important role in the development of a university. With the continuous expansion of alumni, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the organization of alumni association. Based on the experiences collected from university alumni associations management in China, this paper analyzes the positive role played by the alumni in the development and construction of alma mater and the problems existing in the current management work. The paper also discusses different approaches for the management and functioning of alumni associations. The conclusion points out that through increasing human resources and financial input for the alumni association, building more communication pathways to promote consistent relationship between the university and its alumni, strengthening information feedback to improve service quality, optimizing internal quality control and external supervision, the service effectiveness of the alumni association will be improved and the connection of the university and its alumni will be strengthened, so to make contributions to the development of theuniversities.
