超声医学成为独立的培训专业,有利于培养标准化、规范化、同质化的超声医师。北京协和医院超声医学科通过多年实践与探索,将客观结构化临床考试应用于住院医师规范化培训过程中的考核。本文总结了改革后的考试变化特点,提出了增加其他医学影像学病例读片考站、改进医学人文考试方式、细化评分指标、完善多方位的考试后反馈等建议,以期建立有效、全面、准确、公正的考评模式与流程,提高培训管理与培训效果,提升超声医学专业医师队伍的综合素质。
Ultrasound medicine has become an independent training specialty, which is conducive to the training of residents with standardized and homogeneous outcomes. The Department of Ultrasound of Peking Union Medical College Hospital had applied Objective structured clinical examinations to the assessment during the standardized training of residents. This article summarized the characteristics of the examination modification, and put forward some suggestions such as increasing the examination station for other medical imaging cases, improving the medical humanities examination method, refining the scoring index, and improving the multi-dimensional feedback after the examination, so as to establish an effective, comprehensive, accurate and fair evaluation mode and to optimize the training management and training outcomes, and enhance the competence of ultrasound trainers' team.
