本文分析了医学学科评估面临的挑战,通过调研和访谈相关专家,结合实证,以我国医学学科的发展现况和需求为基础,提出了包括设立分层、分类的评估指标,增设学科发展理念指标,设立围绕培养过程的人才培养指标,设立适应国家需求的科研与应用研究指标,设立医学人才可持续发展的师资队伍评估指标,以及设立社会贡献评估指标的医学学科评估指标体系构建的思考和建议。

To reverse unscientific value orientation , it is urgent to construct a scientific assessment system of medical disciplines. Through reviewing the assessment history and the development trend of medical disciplines, researching and interviewing relevant experts, and combining the empirical study, it is tried to put forward thoughts and suggestions for the construction of medical discipline assessment index system, which covers a stratified and classified assessment indexes on strategy building of discipline development, an in-process evaluation index for talent bring up, the evaluation indexes for scientific research and nationwide needs-based application, evaluation indexes for sustainable faculty development, and evaluation system of medical disciplines in terms of academic reputation as well as social contribution.
