目的 基于真实宫腔镜系统,探索妇产科住院医师规范化培训学员进行宫腔镜模拟培训的教学效果。方法 采用问卷调查方法。选择2018年1月至2018年12月在广州医科大学附属第三医院妇产科进行住院医师规范化培训二年级学员20名为研究对象,培训结束后,调查其对基于真实宫腔镜系统的模拟培训的评价。结果 100.0%(20/20)的学员表示基于真实宫腔镜系统的模拟培训操作用于妇产科学宫腔镜技能教学是必要的,有助于提高宫腔镜操作技能,有助于提高学习兴趣和自信心。结论 基于真实宫腔镜系统的模拟培训有助于提高妇产科规范化培训住院医师的宫腔镜操作技能。
Objective Based on reality hysteroscopy simulation training system, to explore the teaching effect of hysteroscopy system simulation training for standardized training trainees of gynecologic and obstetric residents. Methods Based on reality hysteroscopy simulation training system was established for 20 second-year residents in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January to December 2018. Residents will be asked to fill in a questionnaire for the training. Results One hundred percent(20/20) of the trainees thought that simulation training operation based on real hysteroscopy system was necessary for hysteroscopy skill training, the simulation training was helpful to improve the skills of hysteroscopy, and greatly improve learning interest and self-confidence. Conclusions The training mode with simulation of hysteroscopy system is suitable for the standardized training of gynecologic and obstetric residents in terms of skill building.
