自住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)推广以来,为了提高住培医师的综合水平,全国各大住培基地建立了多种培训及考核体系。2018年,解放军总医院第一医学中心超声诊断科构建了超声质量控制系统。该系统针对超声住培医师上机操作过程中的仪器参数、标准切面、报告书写等方面进行质量控制,将超声住培医师上机过程中的实时质控与上机结束后的阶段性回顾相结合,力求快速有效地提高住培医师的上机操作能力。本文阐述了超声质量控制系统在超声住培医师教学中的应用,总结分析了解放军总医院第一医学中心超声诊断科2018年和2019年住培医师考核结果,为提高超声住培医师培训过程中的规范化、标准化和同质化提供借鉴。

Since the promotion of standardized training for residents, various training and assessment systems have been established in major residential training bases across the country in order to improve the comprehensive level of resident doctors. In 2018, the ultrasound quality control system was established in the ultrasound department of the First Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital, and satisfactory results have been achieved. This system aims at the quality control of the instrument parameters, standard sections, report preparation and other aspects in the training process of ultrasonic residents, and combines the real-time quality control with the periodic review after the operation, striving to improve the operational capacity of residents quickly and effectively. In this paper, the application of ultrasonic quality control system in the teaching of residents in ultrasound specialty was described, and the evaluation results by residents, in ultrasound diagnosis department of the First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital in 2018 and 2019, were summarized and analyzed, so as to provide reference for improving the standardization and homogenization in the training process of residents in ultrasound discipline.
