数学相关课程在医学专业课程中的应用与教学改革探究

摘要

本研究首先列举数学知识在不同医学专业课程中体现的知识点,并总结不同高等数学教学内容在医学专业课程中的应用,进一步分析了医学生诊断学、外科学和高等数学的成绩分布情况和一致性。结果显示,医学生的诊断学、外科学和高等数学的成绩分布基本接近,且诊断学、外科学与高等数学成绩的一致性系数分别为0.412、0.530,且u值分别为8.606和10.932,均P<0.01,这说明高等数学成绩与两门医学专业课程成绩具有中度一致性,医学生对于高等数学的掌握程度在一定程度上影响其医学专业课程的学习效果。建议根据专业需求和专家意见调整教学内容、推进构建数学-医学案例教学方法、科学合理地使用多媒体网络教学平台,以此促进数学相关课程的教学改革。

Abstract

This research enumerates the various parts of mathematical knowledge and summarizes the application of different mathematics contents in different medical professional courses.Then the distribution and consistency of medical students' scores in diagnostics, surgery and advanced mathematics are further analyzed. The results show that the scores of medical students in diagnostics, surgery and advanced mathematics are similar,the consistency coefficients of diagnosis, surgery and advanced mathematics are 0.412 and 0.530 respectively,and the u values are 8.606 and 10.932, all P<0.01, which shows that the advanced mathematics scores are in moderate consistency with the other two medical courses,and the medical students' mastery of advanced mathematics affects the learning effect of the medical courses to some extent. On this basis,the author puts forward some measures to adjust the teaching contents according to the medical major demands and expert opinions,to promote the construction of the mathematics-medicine cases teaching method.To use the multimedia network teaching platform scientifically and rationally,so as to promote the reform in mathematics-related courses.
