目的 分析医师资格考试临床类别分阶段考试第一阶段实证研究中体格检查结果,为改进医师资格考试临床类别分阶段考试实证研究提供参考。方法 采用资料分析方法。分析2015年～2017年医师资格考试临床类别分阶段考试实证研究考生体格检查考试相关数据,重点分析2016年考生体格检查各项目成绩。结果 2015年、2016年和2017年考生对体格检查考试项目的掌握率分别为75.5%、73.0%、76.4%,3年间变化不大;2016年考生对各项目的掌握率均在60.0%以上。结论 医师资格考试临床类别分阶段考试实证研究中体格检查考试设计合理,考生对体格检查各项目掌握较好。

Objective Analyzing the physical examination test results in step 1 medical licensing examination empirical research of physician, to provide new reference to improve medical licensing examination empirical research of physician. Methods The data related to the physical examination test of step 1 medical licensing examination empirical research from 2015 to 2017 were collected and analyzed, the data of 2016 was emphatically analyzed. Results The level of mastery of physical examination test module in 2015, 2016 and 2017 were 75.5%, 73.0%, 76.4% respectively. The overall level of mastery was stable among 3 years. The mastery level of each test item in physical examination test in 2016 was all above 60.0%. Conclusions The design of the test in medical licensing examination empirical research of physician was reasonable, and the applicants had generally well mastery of physical examination test.
