摘要

我国医师资格考试是医学生取得执业医师和执业助理医师资格必须通过的准入考试。目前,临床类别医学生临床实践缺少相应的法律保障,临床实践与合法执业之间存在一定矛盾。本文通过比较分析英美中三国对毕业后未取得医师资格的医学生进入临床实践的不同做法,探讨其“临时执照”制度对完善我国医师资格考试制度的启示。

Abstract

China's Medical Licensing Examination is the legal entrance exam for medical students to obtain medical license. Currently, there is no legal protection for medical students' clinical practice, and the contradiction between clinical practice and legal practice still exists. Different systems on medical graduates' clinical practice in the US, the UK and China are compared and analyzed in this paper, and the enlightenment of “temporary license” or “provisional registration” is a potential approach to solve the problem in China.
