目的 探索首都医科大学宣武医院专业学位硕士研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训并轨(简称并轨)前后,其三年制临床医学硕士专业学位研究生的就业情况。方法 采用资料分析方法和问卷调查方法。整理首都医科大学宣武医院2012年~2017年毕业的327名三年制临床医学硕士专业学位研究生的就业去向数据并作为研究资料,对比并轨前后各3届毕业生就业分布的差异。采用自编问卷,调查2017年74名应届毕业生的就业现状及其成功就业的影响因素。结果 2012年~2014年并轨前毕业生北京地区医院就业比例逐年下降,2015年并轨后第一届毕业生该比例比2014年明显上升,之后2年该比例比2015年均有所回落并且均低于并轨前的比例。2017年应届毕业生就业去向以三级医院为主,就业满意度为98.6%,毕业生认为并轨是成功就业的重要因素。结论 并轨带动了培养方式的改革,注重应用能力的培养,提高了学生的实践能力,对其就业有一定程度的促进作用。
Objective To explore the employment distributions of three-year medical professional degree masters of Xuanwu Hospital before and after the integration with standardized residents training. Methods This study used data analysis method and questionnaire survey method. The employment data of 327 three-year medical professional degree masters of Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University from 2012 to 2017 were statistically analyzed, and the differences before and after the integration were compared. 74 graduates of 2017 were surveyed by questionnaires in order to obtain their employment status and the factors which influenced their successful employment. Results Before integration, from 2012 to 2014, the graduates employment ratio in Beijing hospitals declined year by year. In 2015, the ratio was obviously improved than that of 2014.In the next 2 years, the ratios both fell compared to 2015,and were both below the pre-integration levels. The survey of graduates in 2017 showed that the majority of students were employed in tertiary hospitals, with a 98.6% of employment satisfaction, and integration was considered as an important factor for the employment by these graduates. Conclusions The integration led to the reform of training methods, emphasized the cultivation of application ability, improved students' practical abilities and to a certain extent promoted their employment.
