摘要

本文分析了我国医学技术应用型研究生培养的现状及存在的问题,介绍了北京大学作为专业学位综合改革试点院校,在医学技术应用型硕士研究生人才培养方面进行的探索。同时,提出健全医学技术专业学位体系,保障人才培养的顺畅;立足国情,借鉴国外成熟的培养模式,推进国内医学技术高级应用型人才培养的建议。

Abstract

It was analyzed present situation and problem of advanced and complex personnel training in medical technology, and introduce the practical experience about cultivating postgraduates for professional master degree of medical technology as a pilot college for comprehensive reform of professional degree. It is suggested to improve the medical technology professional degree system and guarantee the smooth development of talents. Based on the national conditions, it should be promoted in the cultivation of advanced and complex talents in medical technology by using experience of other countries for reference.
